The Challenge
Five trading-standard retail floors in a city centre with pedestrianised access and a tight window for waste removal.
Our Approach
Chutes and a dedicated loading bay were established on day one, with arisings segregated on each floor and removed on a booked slot basis outside shopping hours.
The Outcome
Building handed back to shell and core on programme, with 96% of arisings diverted from landfill.
