How the project runs
1. Site visit and survey
We walk the floor with you, check access, service risers and building rules, and agree the phasing.
2. Costed proposal
A clear breakdown by work package with a programme, so you can see what drives the price and the dates.
3. Delivery
A named site manager, RAMS issued before work starts, and weekly progress reporting to your team.
4. Handover
Snagging closed out, O&M information issued and the space cleaned to handover standard.
